About Us
The Worle Community Centre is managed by the Worle Community Association (WCA), a registered charity (charity no. 1181001) led by volunteer trustees, including a Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer.
The WCA operates as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), a legal structure designed for UK charities.
Located on Lawrence Road, just off Worle High Street, the centre comprises four halls, three of which are available for hire. The main hall, known as the Ebenezer Hall, is the oldest part of the building, originally constructed in 1837 as the Ebenezer Chapel. In 1878, a schoolroom extension was added between the chapel and an adjacent cottage.
